L'Oreal Paris ¦ 3 in 1 purifying Micellar Solution ¦ Review

I ran out of my Bioderma Sensibio H20 Michelle Solution (formerly Crealine H20) a few months ago, so decided I would try the L'Oreal Paris Micellar Solution as it had been fairly new in drugstores. I figured it I thought it matched my Bioderma, it would be a cheaper option.

I have to say I was a little disappointing, It doesn't remove makeup as easily as the Bioderma Michelle Solution does. For a budget buy it would be great.

A Good thing is their is no alcohol in it and it is quite refreshing on the face. It does also seem to last forever!

It didn't seem to irritate my eyes either, but as I said before for removing makeup, especially eye makeup it didn't do very well... or it didn't meet my standards!! -- quite high but oh well.

For £4.99 I cant complain too much about the product.

Would I repurchase it, probably not as I'm currently trying new products, But for a quick fix I certainly wouldn't say no to putting it in my basket!

Clinique 7 Day Scrub ¦ Review ¦

This product is my all time must have/essential winter skin care exfoliate.

I have used this product for almost 3 years now, it is my holy grail product when it comes to my exfoliator. I can even use it at Summer too, if my skin gets too dry!

Like the packaging stays "7 day scrub" I wouldn't take this too literally, as it is recommended you only exfoliate once or twice a week. However I have used this daily in the past even with my dry skin and have seen great results because of it.

Now I tend to exfoliate every other day. This product is just amazing. It isn't too expensive at £18.50 for 100ml but it is I would say a high end product.

The product is quite creamy, which makes it a little less harsh on the face, however it is full with tiny little beads! Which don't feel rough or too vigorous on the face. It is by far one of my most repurchased products. I am a creature of habit, however running up to this one is my Burts Bee exfoliator which I love in the Summer months when my skin just needs a little pick me up.

Laura Mercier ¦ Silk Creme Foundation ¦ Review

This is one of my favorite foundations. I thought I would do a review on it now seen as I am running out, and as much as I love this foundation I don't think I will repurchase it. Only due to my skin changing and becoming a little too dry at the moment. Anyway on with the review ...

The foundation is one of the best foundations I have used, The pigmentation of the product is amazing, so you only really need a small amount to cover your face. Coverage is quite good, i'd say its about a medium coverage, I have a scar that is quite new and it does calm the redness but I do require a concealer for touch ups. Best to apply the product is either a buffing brush, or I find using my fingers, this is about the only foundation I will apply with my hands! It leaves a matte finish and looks like you have nothing on your skin at all! Which I can guess what you thinking, hefty price tag, I'm afraid to say that is the case at £33.00. It is definitely something you want to have tested on your skin first so you can see you really want to invest the money into it (which is totally worth every penny) in my opinion and to get the right shade.

As I said my main reason for not repurchasing is purely my skin type changing and wanting to use up my other products and try something new as I am a creature of habit!

What are your thoughts on this product?

Dove Refresh+Care ¦ Dry Shampoo ¦ Review

I heard about the Dove hair therapy refresh+Care, Dry shampoo a little while ago now, and decided I would give it ago. I have never really fully got the hang of these dry shampoo's but I think I have finally got it!

I actually really like the packaging of this product, It's girly, simple and I think i'd say its quite classy?? If a Dry shampoo bottle can look classy?

The product is just like an antiperspirant, which you spray at the roots to give volume and lift to revive your hair in between washes. On the back are 3 easy to follow steps, for people like me who just haven't got the hang of the whole dry shampoo thing. However I now think some of that could have been down to the products I have used previously too.

The fragrance isn't amazing. It does smell like your average Dove antiperspirant. The product does feel lighter than a couple of other products I have tried, so it didn't need a lot of working in at the roots and didn't leave visible signs that I had used something to help save my hair from another wash for another day!

I also found using this product all through my hair, tips and mid length helped keep my style in longer and give all over an extra boost and "ooomph!" Which is great as having thick hair does mean any curls tend to fall out pretty quickly for me!

At only £4.59 it doesn't exactly break the bank either! So its a win win for me! I know what I'll be looking for to keep those beach waves in place for the Summer that will be on its way -- At some point here in the UK.

SOS Pedicure treatment ¦ Winter Savior ¦

Winter has been here for a while now, and perhaps not the kind of winter I have been hoping for ... Snowwww -- but it is certainly here, wet, windy and stormy!

Now normally after the summer sandals are thrown to the back of the wardrobe, the big old fluffy slippers, and socks arrive like they never left! .. Hence normally resulting in us ladies leaving the pedicure and the rather pampering pedicures till spring is back again! Who likes cold feet anyway?

Now like any other part of my body my skin gets dry and rough! And I hate, when my feet are dry, cracking and rough! I don't like feet anyway let alone when mine aren't smooth with painted nails! So whats my secret?

It not only purse friendly... but it's quick and easy too! And can be done anytime of day! AND even better you get too put your socks on straight away!!!

So have I got you sat on the edge of your seat for this great new product I have been using religiously for the last 2 months, that's quick easy, effective, and not harsh on the old purse strings? Oh, and also a multi tasking product did I mention before?

ok, ok calm down I'll tell you.

Yes you are seeing that properly, Vaseline.

My secret weapon is Vaseline. After a shower, or even when you are waking up in the morning. Simple rub some of this all over your feet then put on your socks!! As your feet warm up it helps the Vaseline do its magic! You can even use it for your hands and again wear gloves for hands as soft as a babies bottom!

Come back soon for a blog, on many more uses for this wonderful product!!
