So after having my son I've been nagging at my sister about having a fringe again, I haven't had a fringe since I was about 17 & I'm now 21. So yeah just fancied a change and was getting fed up of just throwing it back and doing nothing with it so she came over mine last week and gave it the chop :) To start with I wasn't to sure but I love it!  What do you think?

Baby Weight

I started a diet of no more junk in my diet, or as little as possible. So no white bread, less sugar in my tea, no sweets, or chocolate and less caffeine. 

Instead I now try eat 3 meals a day, no snacks, lots of fruit and fruit juice, chicken, sweeteners in my tea rather than sugar and whole grain bread. Also trying to cook fresh meals, rather than frozen or pre processed food. 

So now comes the question do I really have to stop ALL chocolate? Well no, I don't think so, moderation is the key. I allow myself 1 chocolate a day, or a few biscuits just something little in the evenings when watching a film or tv program.

Its a miracle

Hello yummy mommy. 

This is the Tracey Anderson post pregnancy workout DVD. 

This DVD is amazing, totally works all your stomach muscles and you can really feel it. I don't normally use DVDs because they have never worked for me in the past, but since i had my son i have been really determined to try something. And this DVD is working wanders, i weighed 11stone before I started the DVD, after just half a week i am now 10and a half stone. A week later and I am down to 10stone. I do this workout out at least once a day, if i can I try fit it in twice a day. 

I also changed my diet, no point in working out if your still going to eat the same old junk. So this diet no longer includes pop, sweets or white bread but I've replaced all this with lots of chicken, brown bread and only allowing myself one chocolate bar a day. 

I'll keep you updated on further results and will also upload some pictures of myself for you to see the difference.

2011 highlights

May 2011 we saw our baby for the first time! Baby bump was even waving hello.

Found out i was pregnant this year, and in May 2011 we saw our baby for the very first time. And this is our little bump at  the 20 week scan (the pic above). But no we didn't find out the sex of our baby we wanted a surprise! 

I turned 21, had a simple day as at 8months pregnant i wasn't really feeling up to much. But still had an amazing day with friends and family. 

And on the 25th November at 11.13pm our little boy was born. He was exactly 47minutes early, and they say boys are always late ;)

Hello 2012

NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS... 

So i bet there's millions of people who have made some new years resolutions right? Well normally i'm rubbish at sticking to them but this year, this year i plan to stick to it! 


My main concern for this year is to get back in shape, having a baby isn't easy especially when you still have all that baby bump left behind after the baby is born, it doesn't just disappear y'know. Lol. So to help me do that is my sister, Tarnia she is super slim and I am determined to be the same soon enough!! 

I'd also like to buy a house this year for our son Tyler to grow up in, hopefully this will happen as at the moment we rent. I don't have a problem renting it's just nice to have the thought that it could be our house and i don't feel like that at the moment. But to afford a house we need to save, save, save!! 

So what are your resolutions? :)

Blast from the Past

Today has been quite a boring day really, all i did was.. clean, clean, clean! Christmas sure is great fun but i don't think much of all the mess it makes haha. Sad to see the decorations go into hibernation for another 11 months of the year but it'll soon fly by. So to my surprise during my mid spring clean, I heard  a knock on the door and it was my lovely sister Tarnia, I was surprised to see her as I thought she had been in work but she got to finish early, lucky right?! Well, anyway she came baring gifts not of the cold, silver or bronze kind though haha, one for Tyler and one for me.. a gorgeous puppy toy for Tyler it's the cutest & for me she gave me a Sylvanian family. Major blast from the past as we used to collect these when we were younger. I can't believe I have one again, it's just a little baby boy in a rocking swing, gorgeous time to re-collect them. 

Old men may have train sets well i insist on collecting Sylvanian families :)

Yeah yeah I can guess again you guys are sat their saying.. Ew Ebay!? But it's cheap and second hand?? Well do I have news for you! Its not. Some of the clothes, shoes, make up, handbags, name it you can get it.. and some is brand new! 

I got a gorgeous Jasper Conran Handbag for £30.00 bargain!! When it should have been near £100.00!

While speaking about Ebay I Shall probably keep you informed on new purchases as they build up, perhaps once a month.. Guess it's something to blog about, might even have you having a look yourself ;)
