My MAC Palette #2

The other day I wrote a blog about my First MAC Palette since then I have brought another color off my "to get" list.

So what shade did I buy? If you follow my Twitter or Instagram (username sara25fm) then you will already know... but if you don't I decided to go with Patina! I am so happy with my choice, I already have a few other eye shadows that will look really nice with it.

I thought the shade was just a neutral brown shade, however it actually has a slight shimmer to it, with a gold undertone. So I couldn't be any happier with the color I chose off my list!

MUA Pro Brow Palette - Review

My local Superdrug have finally got MUA makeup in their store!! **dance of joy**

Because I have heard quite a lot about their products I thought I would try it out. I really wanted to get one of their eyeshadow Palette's however I brought this just before Christmas so thought I had best not, not knowing what for Christmas!! So Instead I brought myself the Pro Brow Ultimate Eyebrow Kit. 

as shown in the below picture. 

On the front of the packet it has written on it "shape, shade & Hightlight"

and I have to say it doesn't lie! 

So what is inside this handy handbag sized Eye brow kit?

The first thing that caught my eye was the fact it was 3 colors, 1 of  which is a highlighter, however if you have a lighter color eyebrown then it can still be used to fill in the eyebrow. The 2 colors are perfect for mixing together to create your own ideal shade for your brows!! 

Also inside the palette is a setting Gel! No more wondering brows!

Also inside the kit is a pair of tweezers and a eyebrow brush which is double ended, so one side for shading and one side for setting. perfect! The brush is nice and stiff so its great to use. 

The case its self is small and lightweight, great for travelling or for those who end up sitting in the back of a taxi fixing their wild bed brows to perfection! 

It also has a great size mirror inside, which is another great bonus that I liked about the product no more loosing that small compact mirror you slip in your bag in a rush. 

The tweezers aren't amazing, however are ideal and handy for the odd stray hair that thought it had got away!

The back of the case has what I can only say are slight instructions for those that are new to the world of beauty. They are basically explaining their front statement of all in one shape, shade & highlight

I happen to love this product it is everything I wanted in a brow kit, although I have nothing myself to compare it with, I have nothing to really complain about, more so when the price is only £3.50 

*bonus* 

The only let down with the product is the fact it is only available in these darker shades *find swatches below*, although as I stated before the highlighter shade could be used as a filler for those with fairer hair colors. No doubt MUA will release another palette with different shades in it.

My first MAC Palette

This is just a short blog, on my first MAC palette. I know I have already mentioned this in a video of "what I got for Christmas ..

This is going to be just a short blog for me to give you a list of colors I would like, and hopefully as the palette grows in to palettes I can keep you guys up to date. I'm hoping some time soon or in the near future I can film another Make up collection video for you all to see how much my collection has grown, however until I have solved some more storage solutions it will have to wait.

So whats in my new MAC Palette?

At the moment the palette has 2 shadows in it.

Brule - Is a lovely neutral color. Great as a base, or great suited with a nice winged eye liner, which hopefully i can record a look for you soon.

Naked Lunch - a light peachy pink shimmer color. great for all over the lid, with a darker color in the crease, or if you just want to brighten eyes also great on its own in the crease.

So if you know the MAC colors a lot of these are neutral's, and browns but once I've built up a basic's palette we can become more adventurous!!

Glossy box

Happy Wednesday everyone! Its middle of the week only 1 more day and it's Friday!

So I have a question for you all, I am thinking of getting a subscription to Glossy Box? Does any one have any reviews or anything they can tell me, is it worth the money? and do they send good stuff!

Thinking it will give me something to do every month for my youtube channel, It'll give me more things to blog about too, as I was thinking I could do a monthly video on what I get. Then do reviews on each product, 1 a week or something, that way I am really making a commitment too the channel, my blog and you guys!

So please share you opinions with me! Let me know what you think of this idea :)

What I got for Christmas 2012!

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!

wow what a mad month it has been! I had the most amazing Christmas Tyler got spoilt rotten! And so was I! I am so grateful for everything I have been given, and I am so glad I could give everyone I love something back.
