So for the month of November myself and my cousin Pam -- follow her progress here -- are taking part in the 30 day Abs and & Squat challenge.
We will be motivating each other every day!! Making sure we are doing it and I think we will do weekly blogs on our progress and what that weeks workout schedule was! Although I don't know how often pictures shall be posted, probably every 2 weeks, to make sure progress can be seen.
I am not doing any special diet, just eating healthy, no junk food, or at least moderating how many biscuits I have with my morning brew!
